- Personal Responsibility:
I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my physical, mental, and emotional well-being during coaching sessions, including the decisions and choices I make. I acknowledge that I may choose to discontinue coaching at any time. - Nature of the Coaching Relationship:
I acknowledge that coaching is a professional relationship between the coach and the client designed to facilitate the development of personal, professional, or business goals and to create and implement strategies to achieve those goals. - Holistic Coaching Process:
I understand that coaching is a comprehensive process that may address various areas of my life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education, and recreation. I take full responsibility for how I choose to handle these issues, integrate coaching into those areas, and implement my choices. - Non-Therapeutic Services:
I understand that coaching does not involve diagnosing or treating mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association. Coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment. - Confidentiality:
I acknowledge that all information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law. If I disclose information indicating harm to myself or others, the coach is obligated to report it and/or refer me to appropriate mental health professionals. - Anonymous Sharing:
I agree that certain topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching professionals or clients for training, educational, or consulting purposes. The coach will take great care to omit any identifying details to protect my privacy. - Professional Advice:
I understand that coaching is not a substitute for professional advice from qualified legal, medical, financial, business, or other experts. I will seek independent professional guidance as needed. All decisions in these areas are my sole responsibility. - Health Insurance Exemption:
I acknowledge that professional coaching is not considered medical consultation or treatment, and thus it is not covered by health insurance policies. - Payment Policy:
Payment for sessions must be made in advance through the bank account details provided below. No session will be held without confirmation of full payment prior to the scheduled time.
